Authorities: Missing South Dakota woman showed up at Nebraska hospital after assault, rape

A South Dakota woman who had been missing for eight days showed up Sunday at Chadron Community Hospital in Nebraska with significant injuries that she said were the result of being repeatedly sexually and physically assaulted.
