ALLIANCE, NE (Chris Williams / News Channel Nebraska) - We're not forgetting the blizzard conditions going on out west. Chris Williams is holed up in Alliance with the latest out there.
The sun is out and winds are down to about 32 mph. The snow routes are getting better, but officials have not been able to clear non-snow routes.
