Workers at a Northeast Nebraska co-op are thankful that a fire didn't turn any worse than a smolder today.
Both Howell's Volunteer Fire Department and Clarkson's Volunteer fire department responded to the call and quickly extinguished the threat.
According to The Howell's Fire Chief there were no injuries or major damages caused by the fire.
He said quote "It was a good outcome to a potentially very bad situation.”
