Four men arrested after gun pulled during Grand Island bar fight

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. - Grand Island Police arrested four men Monday for their roles in a bar fight in which one perpetrator pointed a firearm at another patron.
Officers arrested Leonardo Rivas, Timothy Rivas, Ildefonzo Munoz Diaz, and Jose Munoz Diaz Monday morning at 12:38 a.m. outside of El Tabares Bar and Grill on charges stemming from the disturbance.
A victim told police that Jose assaulted them inside the bar. After investigation, officers found video footage showing Timothy Rivas pointing a gun at a man.
Police arrested Timothy and a records check revealed that he was a convicted felon and is not allowed to carry a firearm.
All four men reportedly pulled away from officers as they were being arrested, leading to resisting arrest charges.
Leonardo Rivas was arrested for assault, resisting arrest for the second time and obstructing a peace officer.
Timothy Rivas was arrested for terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana for the second time.
Jose Munoz Diaz was arrested for assault, obstructing a peace officer and possession of a controlled substance after officers found what they believed to be cocaine in his pocket.
Ildefonzo Munoz Diaz was arrested for resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer.
