LINCOLN, Neb. — Maywood Hayes-Center has advanced to the state semifinal round for the second year in a row.

The Wolves defeated Elm Creek 58-50 on Thursday evening.

Jerry Ingison scored a game-high 31 points in the victory. Elm Creek was paced in scoring by Quin Oberg who put up 13.

Maywood-Hayes Center will face the winner of Walthill/SEM in the semifinal round at the Devaney Center on Friday at 7:45 p.m. CT.
