LAUREL - Cedar Catholic started the new year on a winning note with a road sweep of Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Thursday night.

The Cedar Catholic boys polished off the sweep with a 50-40 victory, led by Nolan Becker's 13 points, while Mason Baller came off the bench to chip in 9. The Bears' Tyler Olson topped the game's scoring list with 15.
