GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Three teens and two adults have been arrested following a shooting.

According to police around 8:25 p.m. on Thursday they responded to a gun shot call  in the 300 block of W Third St. 

According to reports Jesus Patino and a 15-year-old male were walking in the area when a vehicle occupied by Sergio Munoz, and two 16-year-olds, and a 14-year-old drove by. 

A verbal altercation started and Patino and the 15-year-old began chasing the vehicle. The 15-year-old had a gun and shot at least two times and stroke the vehicle.

One of the 16-year-olds who was on the back seat of the vehicle got out his gun and shot at least six times, hitting three vehicles. 

Patino and the 15-year-old were later found nearby at a friend's house where they intended to hide a gun. Police said the teens said they had the gun, and police searched the home with consent. 

Munoz, the 14-year-old, and the 16-year-old were also located. The three admitted to being in the car during the shooting. 

The damage of the three vehicles is estimated to be less than $500 for each vehicle. 

The 16-year-old who had shot from the vehicle has not been found and there he has been referred for discharging of a firearm, using a deadly weapon and three counts of criminal mischief. An arrest warrant has been requested. 

Munoz is under arrest and is booked at the Hall County Jail for being an accessory to a felony. 

The 14-year-old and the 16-year-old, were issued citations.

Patino was placed under arrest and is at the Hall County Jail, and  he has be charged with an accessory to class. 

The fifteen-year-old is at Madison Juvenile Detention Center, and has been referred for discharging a firearm, using a deadly weapon, attempted first degree assault, and tampering with physical evidence.
