LINCOLN - The Centura girls are making the most of the program's first trip to state since 2011.

The Centurians defeated Elgin Public/Pope John 45-27, holding the Wolfpack to a season low point total.

Sydney Davis led Centura with 13 points, while Taya Christensen also hit double digits with 11.

Centura will face the winner Cedar Catholic and Johnson-Brock in the D1 semifinals on Friday. Tip off is scheduled for 10:45 PM.
