The cost to a $300,000 home will be less than $10 a month, according to Millard officials, with the money going to day-to-day operating costs such as salaries, benefits, books, and basketballs.

The state levy lid is $1.05 per $100 of a home’s legal valuation.
Millard wants to add nine cents while stressing they've never used even half that amount.
