Storm warnings hit much of the state, more expected Friday
Virtually all of Nebraska has a chance of rain over the next two days, with multiple counties now currently in severe thunderstorm warnings.

HASTINGS, Neb. -- Virtually all of Nebraska has a chance of rain over the next two days, with multiple counties being put into severe thunderstorm warnings Thursday evening.
All severe thunderstorm warnings in Nebraska have expired, but Madison and Platte Counties remain under a flash flood warning. Madison County's warning expires at 9:45 PM CT. Platte County's expires at 11:00 PM CT.
Chances for scattered thunderstorms remain strong Friday. Some storms may be strong to severe. Large hail, damaging wind gusts, and heavy rainfall are the primary hazards.
