HASTINGS, Neb. -- As the latest winter storm rolls into central Nebraska, the city of Hastings is declaring a snow emergency.

Starting at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, the emergency will take effect. It will come to a close on Monday at 8:00 a.m.

During the hours the snow emergency alert is in effect, no vehicles may be parked on the City’s snow emergency routes.
