GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Mother nature is disrupting the State Fair's plans for outdoor concerts.
The Nebraska State Fair has decided to move two concerts from their outside locations to the Heartland Events Center.
Kevin Costner and Modern West will be moved to the Bristol Stage in the Heartland Events Center.
The Christian band concert, We Are Messengers, will also be moved into the Heartland Event Center.
Potential heavy rains and adverse weather conditions warranted moving the concerts indoors.
Fair officials say they are working to make the transition indoors as safe as possible.
