NORFOLK, Neb. -- A mall in northeast Nebraska has a new owner.

Brookwood Capital Advisors has taken over Norfolk's Sunset Plaza Mall as of Tuesday.

The Nashville-based redevelopment firm is focused on filling up spaces as soon as possible.

Vice President Will Hulshof says they are excited to bring life back to the rural mall.

Hulshof says they are revving up marketing efforts and looking for local and national retailers to come to the mall.
