Scotts Bluff County gymnasts heading to nationals

The Carpenter Center Tumbling program continues the success at regional meets across the country.

TERRYTOWN, Neb. (KNEP) - The Carpenter Center Tumbling program continues the success at regional meets across the country.

Twelve ladies competed at regionals in Las Vegas this May. The group brought back four regional titles and nine girls will represent the area in national tumbling, double mini and trampoline events this summer.

Danielle Hunter and Hayden Matthason will compete in the highest level of nationals at the USA Gymnastics Championships in St. Louis starting on June 21st.

The other national qualifiers will compete in Salt Lake City starting on July 8th.
