Nebraska records lowest number of virus cases in two months

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services confirmed 483 new cases of the coronavirus in Monday.

Nebraska saw its lowest number of new COVID-19 cases on Monday in over two months.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services confirmed 483 new cases of the coronavirus in Monday. That was Nebraska's first day with fewer than 500 new cases since October 12th.

This news came as hospitalizations stayed mostly steady, with 693 Nebraskans currently being treated for COVID-19.

Nebraska did report another 45 deaths on Monday, bringing the state's total over 1,432.
