LOOMIS - Bring your face mask if you're going to Loomis on Thursday for the first round of the Nebraska School Activities Association Class D2 football playoffs.

Loomis Activities Director Drew Billeter says mask coverings will be required for all fans attending the Leyton at Loomis game at 3 p.m. MDT, 4 p.m. CDT.

The NSAA announced their health and safety protocols in September. They say athletic participants are permitted to wear face coverings during the postseason. Coaches are strongly encouraged to wear face masks.

Spectators are required to wear face coverings while attending indoor events. At outdoor events, fans would be required to wear them when six feet of physical distancing is not possible. However, host schools can establish additional requirements.

Admission for Thursday is $7 for adults and $5 for children. Passes will not be accepted.

The game will be carried on News Channel Nebraska radio station, 98.7 FM (KSID-FM, Sidney), newschannelnebraska.com and the NCN app.
