A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM MDT

FOR SOUTHEASTERN BOX BUTTE AND NORTHEASTERN MORRILL COUNTIES...

At 830 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 8 miles northwest of Antioch to Alliance Airport,

moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Numerous reports of golf ball

         sized hail have been received around the city of Alliance.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...

Alliance and Alliance Airport.

 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside

should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from

windows.
