NORFOLK - The Nebraska Air National Guard gave their support to health care professionals in Norfolk on Monday with a flyover salute.

A 155th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker, based out of the Lincoln Air National Guard base, flew above 30 Nebraska hospitals including Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk.

The first flight, originally scheduled for last week, was canceled due to weather.

Major General Daryl Bohac of the Nebraska National Guard says it's their special way of honoring health care professionals and neighbors for how they have responded and come together as Nebraskans during these unprecedented times.
