One Dead in Boyd County Workplace Accident

BUTTE - One person is dead after a workplace accident in Boyd County Thursday morning.

The Boyd County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the Butte Implement in Butte at 10:00 a.m. for an accident involving a Skid Loader.

On arrival of the Boyd County Sheriff’s Office and Boyd County Ambulance, 28-year-old Cody F. Svatos of Lynch was found dead from injuries received in the incident.

Authorities say Butte Implement will be closed until Monday.
