More testing leads to another spike of cases in Hall County

GRAND ISLAND - With increased testing available to the public this week, the number of confirmed COVID-19 in Hall County is spiking again.

The Central District Health Department is reporting 70 new cases, with 68 of those in Hall County.

The total number of cases in Hall County sits at 1,110 as of Friday afternoon.

The total number of COVID related deaths reported in the Central District remains at 37.

Central District Health Department reports that as of today, May 1, 2020, the number of positive COVID-19 cases confirmed by laboratory is 1,170, and there are 37 deaths.

There are 10 cases in Merrick County, 50 cases in Hamilton County and 1,110 in Hall County.
