Sarpy County officials say an Omaha man has died in a motorcycle crash southwest of Omaha.

SPRINGFIELD - Sarpy County officials say an Omaha man has died in a motorcycle crash southwest of Omaha.

The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office says 56-year-old Rick Leinbaugh was traveling west on Highway 31 around 4:20 p.m. Sunday when his motorcycle left the roadway and crashed. Leinbaugh was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened near 180th and Highway 31, between South Bend and Springfield.

The crash remains under investigation.
