Bonfire Bakery Opens in Broken Bow

Sweets and treats are now available when you walk inside the historic Arrow Hotel in downtown Broken Bow.

BROKEN BOW - Sweets and treats are now available when you walk inside the historic Arrow Hotel in downtown Broken Bow.

The new Bonfire Bakery hosted its grand opening and ribbon cutting on March 13th and was presented with an award by the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce.

The Bonfire Grill and Pub welcomes new pastry chef Bailey Frey from central Pennsylvania.

Frey graduated with an associate’s degree in baking and pastry arts. Frey previously worked at the Kentucky Derby and the Breeder’s Cup.

The bakery is open 24-7 and will feature a variety of cakes, cheesecakes, scones, cookies, muffins, and many other specialty items.
