SCOTTS BLUFF COUNTY, Neb. - (KNEP) - A WING Drug Task Force control buy sting results in the arrest of one on multiple charges.

According to the arrest affidavit, Carrie Franks, who also goes by Carrie Left Hand, was involved in three separate control buys in 2019.

The first one allegedly occurred on April 16th in which two baggies containing 7.5 grams of meth were purchased.

The second buy on July 30th, allegedly produced 8 grams of meth and the third occurred on September 11th for another 7.6 grams.

Franks is facing three counts of distribution and two counts of not having a drug tax stamp. Her bond was set at 10% of $250,000.
