SIDNEY, NE - A Sidney-based business is getting ready to celebrate its move into a bigger space.

Financial Partners goal is to prepare people for retirement.

They're already in their new space in downtown Sidney, but will mark the opening with a ribbon cutting Thursday.

"That other space was great, but this place is just amazing," Financial Partners President and CEO Greg Huck said.

Greg says it's incredible that they outgrew their previous space. He says the business was expanding so fast that he eventually didn't have office space for all of his advisors.

Greg believes his business's growth reflects on the city.

"It just shows what can be done," Greg said. "I think Sidney is just an amazing community that just is growing and they work really hard and they work together to get things done."

Huck had family help to remodel the new space. Two of his sons work in construction and helmed the renovation work. His third son, Mason, has worked for him as a financial advisor.

Mason says the company is excited to be growing and staying in Sidney.

"It's a great place to call home," he said. "The communities here, the buildings, everything here, there's a lot, and the town motto kind of fits that. The opportunities are here."

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be from 5 to 7 P-M Thursday.
