'Just enough snow' will fall to make travel tricky Tuesday

SIDNEY - Snow is falling in Cheyenne and News Channel Nebraska's weather partners at Weatherology say the system will begin to move east through Monday night.
Meteorologist Derrek Dalman says the low pressure system will become more developed and track over the Nebraska Panhandle, bringing light to moderate snow through Tuesday morning.
"Snow accumulations still look fairly light, around one to three inches, over a majority of the listening area," Dalman said. "Just enough to make travel tricky for your commute tomorrow morning. If you are heading out to work or school tomorrow, you'll want to make sure you allow some extra time to get there as we will be seeing some snowfall through the late morning hours for your Tuesday."
A winter weather advisory is in effect for the entire panhandle until 5 p.m. Tuesday. Dalman expects a light coating of ice, but the main concern with the storm system will be the snowfall.
The heaviest snow will fall in southeast Wyoming. A winter storm warning is in effect until 5 p.m. Tuesday for Cheyenne and Torrington. Laramie and Goshen Counties could see anywhere between six to 10 inches of snow. Sioux County in Nebraska is also in the warning.
