COLUMBUS - Columbus Community Hospital celebrated the first baby they delivered in 2020.

Taylor Anderson and his wife, Ann, welcomed their son Nathanael at 4:29 p.m. Wednesday.

Anderson said he's glad his other son gets a brother and that it's not the first unique holiday birth in his family.

“In our extended family, we have, I think, a Labor Day baby and now a New Year baby," Anderson said.  "So we have a few holiday babies to keep track of.”

CCH said Nathanael was one of two infants they delivered on New Year's Day.

The hospital presented the Andersons with a gift package containing a stuffed animal, a onesie and a $150 gift certificate.
