FREMONT - David Rogers of Fremont has announced his candidacy for the Nebraska Legislature in District 15.

Rogers is the owner and president of Professional HPP Services, and is also an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University in Cyber Security. Rogers has lived in Nebraska for 32 years, when the military stationed him at Offutt Air Force Base to support the Strategic Air Command's underground Command Center.

Rogers obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, and completed his Masters in Computer Systems Management from Creighton University.

Rogers has stated his primary goal is to ensure Dodge County residents and Nebraska property owners get the property tax relief that the legislature has been promising for years. He says he will fight strongly to reduce excessive tax burdens by advocating for policies that stimulate growth, create jobs, and promote spending reductions.
