One of four charged in Harlan County robbery has case sent to trial

ALMA, NE (Omaha World-Herald News Source) - The case against one of the four men charged in the robbery of a Harlan County Couple is headed to district court.
29-year old Brock Teel of Kearney waived his right to a preliminary hearing this week in Harlan County Court.
He faces multiple felonies related the the robbery of an elderly couple at gunpoint last month at a home along Highway 136 between the towns of Orleans and Oxford.
A trial date for Teel hasn't been set. He remains in custody at the Harlan County Jail.
