FALLS CITY - Justin Brodrick, 44, of Maryville, Mo., is charged in Richardson County with possession and driving on a voided Missouri driver’s license on Jan. 11.
A sheriff’s office affidavit says a traffic stop was made in Rulo due to a loud muffler of a pickup that had plywood for a back window. The affidavit says meth was found in a mutilated bag stuffed in the seat of the truck.
In a separate case, Harold Dobbie, 52, of Ozawkie, Kan., is charged with possession on Dec. 7.
A sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop near the Missouri River bridge at Rulo. A broken pipe with meth residue was found during an inventory search.
