GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — A Grand Island man is facing legal trouble after being accused of taking thousands of dollars from a local business.

52-year-old Ryan Snyder is charged with theft by unlawful taking in Hall County Court.

Records show Snyder worked as a project manager for a local roofing company where he allegedly collected payments from clients, but failed to turn payments over to the business.

His affidavit says the company reviewed its records from the last two years and found 10 clients had made payments directly to Snyder, totaling more than $200,000.
