HASTINGS, Neb.— Heartwell Park Luminary Night is returning for its 6th year on Sunday at 6 p.m.

Over a thousand glowing luminaries will line the porches, walkways and sidewalks of the park residences.

Neighbors will begin placing luminaries at dusk to be displayed throughout the evening. The displays will encircle Heartwell Park, along Forest Boulevard and Lake Side Boulevard.

Event organizers Matt, Kaleena and Vivian Fong are carrying on the tradition while supplying luminaries of their own.

“Luminary Night has become a wonderful way for our neighborhood to come together and celebrate the holidays. We enjoy sharing the beauty of Luminary Night with the entire community,” Matt Fong said. “We’re excited to continue this annual tradition now in its 6th year.”

The community is invited to drive through the park and view the display.
