NORFOLK, Neb.- Norfolk Middle School prepares to welcome students with fresh renovations.

Originally slated for completion in November 2025, the renovations wrapped up ahead of schedule in July--just in time for the upcoming school year.

The estimated $6.8 million project includes a new addition to the east side of the building with a new front entrance. It also features new office spaces, classrooms, and a extension to the band and orchestra room.

The school hosted an open house that ran from 6:30 to 7:30, giving the students and parents the opportunity to check out the new additions.

Norfolk Middle School is home to about 600 fifth and sixth-grade students.

School will begin on August 12th.
