The well-established truck accessories firm Go Industries has introduced an enhanced line of commercial-duty grill guards, designed for use with Chevy C4500-6500, International CV515, and Ford F650-F750 vehicles. Both winch and non-winch options are available, with the former capable of supporting most models of winches up to 16,500 lbs.

Trucks that are frequently used in wooded or off-road areas are at greater risk of impact with animals or vegetation, both of which can cause damage to radiators and engines. Given the limited protection that engine grills provide, grill guards are designed to reinforce the area, as well as offering a mounting point for other accessories, such as lights and winches.

Constructed using 2.5-inch center cross tubes and 1.9-inch 14-gauge headlight brush guards, Go Industries’ latest grill guards have been classed as medium duty, which the firm states covers all but the most challenging situations. The products are fully welded, with no cutting or drilling being used in the manufacturing process.

A tiltable design allows for easy access to engine bays, reflecting the tilt-body nature of hoods that are installed on many truck models. Multiple locking latches and safety pins ensure that the grill guard remains secure during normal operation.
