President of Grand Island Chamber of Commerce announces resignation

Jamie Karl has informed the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce board of directors that he will be stepping down as president of the organization.

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - - Jamie Karl has informed the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce board of directors that he will be stepping down as president of the organization.

Karl’s resignation is effective July 5, 2024.

According to the Grand Island Chamber, the board has accepted Karl’s resignation and thanked him for his work since early February. 

“We wish Jamie the best in his next adventure,” said Justin Pfenning, the chair of the chamber executive board.

 

Over the coming weeks, the chamber’s board will work to find Karl’s replacement.
