LINCOLN, Neb. -- A 33-year-old Lincoln man is in custody after a child exploitation investigation.

Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, made the arrest Thursday, according to NSP spokesperson Cody Thomas.

State Patrol troopers performed a search warrant at a residence on S. 35th Street in Lincoln. 

The resident, Kameron B. Emel, 33, was arrested for possession of child pornography.  Emel was lodged in Lancaster County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
