BROKEN BOW, Neb. -- The Broken Bow Elks Lodge 1688 recently made a $2,000 donation through a grant from the Elks National Foundation to the Family Advocacy Network (FAN).

FAN has a satellite office serving 14 central Nebraska counties, including Custer County.

FAN provides services to child abuse victims and adult sexual assault victims by conducting forensic interviews, forensic medical exams, hair testing for drug-exposed children and providing advocacy to abuse victims.

The Family Advocacy Network has a team of professionals for every case, utilizing law enforcement, health and human services, medical professionals, mental health professionals and prosecution.
