One person hospitalized after crash outside Lincoln fire station

One person was rushed to a Lincoln hospital early Friday morning after a crash outside a fire station.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- One person was rushed to a Lincoln hospital early Friday morning after a crash outside a fire station.

The accident happened at approximately 6:00 a.m. Friday, just outside Fire Station 12 near 84th and Pioneers in southeast Lincoln.

Details are limited, but it was reported that one vehicle had come to a rest in a ditch on the southeast corner of the property.

The condition of the person transported, and the extent of any injuries sustained, remains unknown at this time.

The crash is under investigation.
