Blue Hill resident Marsha Lee Wilson, 78, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at her home.

Marsha was born on February 7, 1947, in Houston, TX, to Ben A. and Patricia A. (Woodrow) Hughes. On June 8, 2001, Marsha married the love of her life, John C Wilson III, in Lake Worth, TX. Together, they shared many cherished years filled with love and companionship.

 

Marsha was a dedicated and hard-working woman who owned and operated the Blue Hill Motel with her husband before retiring. In retirement, she embraced the joys of home life — especially quilting, cooking delicious meals, and relaxing with classic westerns. She will be remembered for her warmth, her creativity, and the deep love she had for her family.
