NORFOLK - Mason Nitz was Mr. Do-It-All for Elkhorn Valley as they got back on the winning track with a 50-14 victory over Lutheran High Northeast Thursday night.

The Falcons QB scored three times on the ground and threw a TD pass, as Elkhorn Valley dominated from the outset, leading 20-0 after a quarter 34-0 at the half.

B.J. Taake made big contributions as well, with 109 yards rushing and a score. Kellyn Ollendick, Jack Qualset and Korbin Werner all chipped in a touchdown apiece.

Lutheran High QB Charlie Sullivan scored both Eagles TDs, while Jazee Ames was a workhorse with 97 yards rushing.

Elkhorn Valley (4-3) is back home at Summerland next week, Lutheran High Northeast (1-6) is on the road at Plainview.
