NORFOLK - The Lincoln East boys outlasted Norfolk in a see-saw battle Friday, holding off the Panthers 67-64.

Neither team could pull away, with both teams shooting over 50 percent on the night, but a run in the fourth quarter had the Spartans up ten with under three minutes to go.

But the Panthers battled back, scoring seven unanswered and getting the ball down three with 12 seconds to go.

But Easton Sullivan's game-tying three was blocked by East's Quin Weatherholt, preserving the Spartan win.

The victory was Lincoln East's 10th straight against Norfolk, a streak that dates back to February of 2017.
