KEARNEY - Parkview Christian has made history.

The Patriots defeated Pawnee City 50-25 on Friday night to claim the D6 State title.

Parkview Christian took a 30-6 lead into halftime and kept Pawnee City at arm's length the rest of the way.

Chandler Page rushed for 281 yards and two touchdown in the victory. The senior also threw for a one yard TD.

Elijah Colbert threw for 70 yards three scores. He connected with Brayden Ulrich for two of them and hit Brayden Bayliss for the other.

Anthony Maloley ran for 123 yards and two scores in the defeat. He also had 69 yards receiving and added another touchdown.

The win marks the first state title for Parkview Christian in program history, and the first state title won by a Lincoln team since 2011.
