Lincoln man arrested after eventful Wednesday

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Lincoln Police say a 27-year-old is facing a slew of charges after a massive crime spree.
It all started around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday where LPD says Hieu Nguyen stole a running car outside a business.
After getting the car, police say he got stuck in a snowdrift. That's when, police say, someone stopped to help. Officers say from there that Nguyen stole that person's car and took off.
Five hours later, Police say Nguyen was involved in a car crash on the other side of town. Like the previous situation, police say, Nguyen stole another Good Samaritan's car and took off, this time hitting a fire truck and police cruiser.
After a chase with officers, Nguyen was arrested and is facing a total of nine charges, including seven felonies.
