MADISON - A semi has rolled over on Highway 81 near Madison, Nebraska. We don't have many details, but reports from the scene indicate it is a cattle semi in the southbound lanes. Traffic is backed up in the area of the accident which is near the intersection of Main Street and Highway 81.
