Norfolk City Council Approves Zoning Changes
Norfolk is going to be looking a little different on a zoning map following the Norfolk City Council's latest meeting Monday.
The council voted on and approved three separate ordinances involving rezoning.
First, they changed 307 North 31st Street in addition to 306 and 310 North 32nd Street from a service commercial district to a one or two family residential district.
Following that, they approved that 1406 Pierce Street would be rezoned from a residential district to a light industrial district.
Finally, a property near the Highway 81 and Bonita intersection was reassigned form a mobile home district to a service commercial district.
The council passed three ordinances unanimously.
