LEXINGTON, NE (Omaha World-Herald News Source) - Child abuse charges have been filed against a former Lexington daycare operator.
41-year old Elizabeth Mins has been charged with two counts of child abuse in Dawson County Court.
Court documents say Mins placed minors in a situation that could have resulted in bodily harm.
According to those documents one child interviewed said Mins would bang their head against the floor. Another said he would be dragged by his hair and hit with a ruler.
Mins' initial court hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
