Flooding keeps L-62A closed north of Bayard after up to 5 inches of rain

Up to 5 inches of rain has fallen northwest of Angora, causing flash flooding and keeping L-62A north of Bayard closed Tuesday morning. Multiple vehicles became stuck in floodwaters Monday night.
